How can you achieve life-long happiness?

Happiness is something that everyone try to achieve in their entire life. Some people may think that be a rich people will be the happiness, some may think that being sucess is the meaning of happiness. Happiness can be easily be achieve by many ways. For me, money and sucess is not happiness but it just something that we force to have so that we can pay our house's rent and car. Since we force to do something, why is it happy? In my point of view, i think that happiness can be easily achives base on what you think and are you willing to be happy. I used to be unhappy last few years and i used to think that i will not be happy in the future. Until one day when someone made me feels that happiness can be everywhere and everyone deserve to be happy after they born in this beautiful earth. I believed the words and feelings and i become happy everyday now. hehe: D Hope everyone happy for their life.

Three Gorges Dam

Three Gorges Dam gives a lot of advantages to economic and environment to China. This is what i read from the articles online. To think of it, it may help to gain the economic of China but it does not help to protect environment.Why i am saying this? Of course Three Gorges Dam solves the flood problem in China but on the other hand it creates environment problem such as water pollution and climate change. When the water start to fill for generate electricity, the water start to become toxic and it causes death for the sea life. We all know that, when building Three Gorges Dam, people has lose their homeland because the water level will fill their homeland. Three Gorges Dam seem to be solve the environment problems in China but it creates new problems as well..Therefore i think that the negative effect is more than positive effect to build Three Gorges Dam.

Why wisdom is more important than inteligence for leadership

Does anyone know people with intelligence alone that does not lead them to success? This is because people feel strange about wisdom. People always tend to train to be more intelligent but forget about wisdom. In fact, to compare the advantages of wisdom and intelligence, this proves why wisdom is more important for a good leader.

One of the reasons why wisdom is more important is people with wisdom know how to control emotion. To illustrate, people with wisdom can cope with stress and difficulties easily. Thus, as a good leader, he need to be emotional stronger so that he is calm and smart when he facing problems. On the other hand, If leader with intelligence alone, they will be impatient when they solving problem. They tend to give negative feeling to others when they having stress from their work. This might lead to conflict between people. Therefore, this is why leader with wisdom is more important than intelligence.

Secondly, a leader with wisdom has positive attitude such as humility and forgiveness. People with wisdom view problems in a more positive way. They will not give up easily because of some difficulty in their path of success. Leader with wisdom will accept other’s help to solve problem. They will not feel bad when their group members are smart and capable than them. However, intelligent people will not believe on others and they will feel shame if their team members are smarter than them. The reason why intelligent people act like this is because they think they are able to do everything themselves without any help. Intelligent people usually do not like people’s comment on their decisions because they do not like corrections from others. Thus, this is why people will like to have a leader with wisdom than a leader with intelligence.
Finally, wisdom is more important than intelligence for a leader because people with wisdom learn something such as emotional control, positive attitude from life experience. To learn something from life experience is always hard and valuable because it does not happen to everyone. This is why genius with intelligence and hard work does not mean that they can learn how to be emotional control and good attitude. To illustrate, people learn how to communicate to others when they try to understand and listen to them. This needs time, experience and patience. Intelligent people are impatient and they always want to achieve success in a faster and easier way. In addition, intelligent people do not like to open themselves to others. This will lead intelligent people hardly know how to communicate to others. Therefore, wisdom is very important to a good leader.

In conclusion, people with good emotional control, good attitude and good experience are people with wisdom and this lead them to be a good leader.

In an advance technology society, industrial waste causes a huge problem for the environment in the world. Nowadays, many countries use the zero waste and landfilling methods as a solution to clean up the waste. When comparing the two methods, the advantages of using zero waste method to reduce industrial waste make it the better choice.
Zero waste is the system where recycling, reuse is used, while landfilling is the system which dump the waste into the land. Although we know that industrial waste is being dumped 100 meters below the land, waste still can leak out anytime in the future. The waste that leak out will lead to the risk of human health. However, using zero waste method is guaranteed to be safe because recycling is the main key in the system. Due the design of the system, only product that can be reuse or recycle included in the system. In the economic point of view, zero waste has decreased the production of waste but it help country to save more moneys. While in landfilling, it does not help country to save money and it further cause more problem in the future due to the limited land in the country.
In conclusion, zero waste is the better choice to clean waste compare to using landfills. Since technology is so great in today’s life, why don’t we use our technology to solve the industrial waste problem instead of dumping the waste to our own land?

To decrease the production of paper, plastic and glass material, one of the possible solutions is recycling. Recycling is already so popular that even a primary school student would know how to do it. In my country, Malaysia which is still a developing country, recycling seem to be not so concern compare to Singapore which is one of the developed country in Asia. In Malaysia, people don’t realize that resources are important because the resources in Malaysia are rich. People don’t care about the waste of using paper, plastic and etc. While in Singapore, there are limits of resources in the country, and they couldn’t afford to waste any resources. One of the solutions for them is recycling, for example the reuse of water and plastic. In Malaysia, it is very rare to see dustbin in the street so don’t even talk about a recycling dustbin. However, in Singapore, recycling is very important. Recycle dustbin, advertisement about recycling is everywhere around the country.

Difficulties in writing

During my writing, i always have the same problem again and again.That is the lack of ideas..Even if the title is so easy to develope ideas but for me it always seem to be hard.I tried to figure out the problem and why others can think of so many ideas but i couldnt.Finaly i found that i didnt read much..even if i read news( sports :p) everyday, i didnt have much knowledge from others area.Of course grammer and vocaburaly is an important issue to write a good essay but idea generating is the main key.Starting an essay is always the hardest part for writing, if you dont have any ideas ,no matter how good your grammer and vocaburaly are ;there always a big problem for writing.To solve this, i have start reading some magazine like national geographic and maybe try to grab some books in ielts .Hope this help : D.

Environment Problems in Malaysia

One of the environmental problems in malaysia is water pollution. The sea in Malaysia is becoming convinient place for people to dispose rubbish.It is amazing that just a couple of years ago, Langkawi island,pangkor island, penang island and Tioman island have a beautiful sea and beach like the famous Redang island.But now what we could find there is just the awful smell and brown colour sea.Water pollution not only affect people's health but also give bad impression to other people that travel to Malaysia.There is a good example is the Woodland and Johor bridge which connect Malaysia and Singapore.When people passing the bridge, they can easily recognize which part is Malaysia by having the awful smell that come from the sea and the rubbish everywhere in the sea and road.It all cause by the bad habits of people that like to throw rubbish everywhere without thinking the effect.Since water is the most important thing in our life, every Malaysian should be responsible and protect it ourself!
